$989 Adsense Monthly Revenue Website
I’m currently running a flippa auction for these two websites in one listing galaxynote4me.com and galaxy4note.com. They make about $1k per month combined recently, however, they require quite a bit of maintenance and promotion to sustain and increase the traffic as it’s a very competitive and time-sensitive niche. The auction ends in less than 2 days at the time of posting this.
This is basically an excellent opportunity if you know a little about SEO, want to learn more, and have some spare time to devote to it, or extra funds to hire someone to manage them (not very expensive actually). These are not the kind of sites to buy if you’re looking for totally passive income, however they can grow quite a bit if used and promoted well.

Hey man, Ive been researching for the last couple of months on building assets on the web so that I could possibly one day in the future when Im older work creating and selling online revenue generating sites as well as online businesses. Where do you suggest someone start? Do you currently mentor? (I have signed up for your course)
Your the only person who doesn’t “have a blog about making money off a blog”, instead offers actual facts and practices. Most “gurus” now days, don’t really seem legit, besides there websites bright color pallettes and inspirational blog posts.

I do provide mentoring, however due to limited time it’s rather expensive.
