		<description>For escrow services, I personally use escrow.com or Moniker.com for large $$$ domain sales and find them simply fabulous.  Now I am beginning to use them for smaller domain sales just to avoid being cheated by domain scammers. The minimum fee is $25 at escrow.com. Sedo and Moniker's minimum fee is $50.</description>
